Our dedicated and highly experienced event management team work closely with clients to plan a bespoke package for their events. Each and every event is coordinated by a dedicated member of the team who manages all aspects of the project to ensure that any special requirements are catered for.
With access to the Ecosse Travel fleet of Premium Private Hire Cars and Executive Cars and Luxury Coaches actually our event team is able to offer a complete package, covering car and coach transportation, Airport Transfers, multi-site conferences, corporate hospitality, Before any event, our team will speak to the client to discuss specific requirements and introduce their dedicated event manager. We will discuss your booking process for your, vehicle types available, name boards, any special instructions and the procedures we will place to help the event run smoothly. Onsite co-ordinators attend each event to ensure that drivers are parked in the correct areas and to guide passengers to their allocated car. We are also able to provide ‘greeters’, available at any airport, for International clients and guests.
Invariably, as with any event,things can change at the last minute . However, the Ecosse Travel team is on hand 24 hours a day to ensure that any amendments are done with the minimum of fuss. The event team will continue to monitor bookings and vehicles throughout each event, ensuring that any special instructions and late changes are communicated to staff and drivers promptly.
